The Compagnie de la Seine has an evening trip suitable for young children as it returns to port at 7.15pm. The first meal-cruise package costs 29 euros.
Of course, you can also opt for a restaurant on the quayside. Just on the outskirts of Paris, the River Café (barge), Le Petit Pouchet (1 star, Californian style) and O Restaurant (boat with a 600 m² barge) combine gourmet cooking, lovely views of the Seine and festive entertainment for children at the weekend.
Whilst on the Marne riverbanks, the atmosphere of guinguettes, outdoor cafes with music and dancing, is great fun for everyone.
