The Lido de Paris

The Lido de Paris, the iconic cabaret on the Avenue des Champs-Elysées, closed its doors for several months to get a makeover and put together a dazzling new revue, signed by Franco Dragone, the internationally-renowned artistic director, and creative director at the Cirque du Soleil. This ultra-modern new show ‘Paris Merveilles’ follows on from previous Lido revues – the Bluebells, the costumes and amazing stage sets, the music and sequins are all still there –, but it reinvents the codes of the genre by placing an emphasis on extravagance and cutting-edge technology. With its original scenography and acts as varied as they are unexpected, this latest of Parisian revues offers the public a wonderful spectacle.

The Crazy Horse

The Crazy Horse, the most avant-garde of Parisian cabarets offers a show titled ‘Dessous Dessus’. Signed by Chantal Thomass, the show is performed by the cabaret’s famous dancers with their curvaceous silhouettes spectacularly highlighted by a traditional play of light and shadows that has made this a top Parisian nightspot since 1951: 90 minutes of captivating choreography on the endless theme of feminine seduction.

Bel Canto has taken a concept that was fashionable in the 18th-century and brought it up to date: the combination of gastronomy and opera! This restaurant has two addresses: one in the Marais district and another in the West of Paris in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Every evening, customers have the pleasure of dining in the company of Mozart, Verdi, or Rossini. A quartet of young classical singers play the greatest arias in the repertoire near the dining tables (Don Giovanni, Tosca, The Magic Flute, La Bohème, etc.) and take part in serving food to customers.  A unique opportunity to combine opera with good food!
