In Paris, two aquariums offer visitors the chance to see a variety of species from all over the world. At the Aquarium de Paris, more than 7,500 specimens are spread out among 43 tanks, including a giant tank containing 50 sharks for children and adults to admire, and the largest jellyfish exhibit in Europe. Children can also take part in a number of educational workshops, and even touch certain fish in a special touch pool.
As for the Aquarium Tropical de la Porte Dorée, it is the oldest public aquarium in the capital! It features numerous exotic species of marine life. The specimens on show are all of educational interest: electric fish, piranhas, invertebrates, sharks and much more.
35 minutes from Paris, the Aquarium Sea Life is a great family outing with more than 2,500 m². A 360° underwater viewing tunnel enables you to walk amongst the fish and sharks … Thrills guaranteed!
