Description
The wine and spirits storehouses of the Cour Saint-Emilion, the cobbles, the tracks, the century-old trees and of course the vineyard which reminds us of the rich wine-producing past and the strong link between Bercy and wine. The Bercy vines are planted in the Yitzhak Rabin garden in the Bercy park. The 350 vines - spread over 660 m² - are mainly Chardonnay and Sauvigon varieties. The annual production is 250 litres of wine.
