For more than ten years, this baker has been an essential figure in the trendy Rue des Martyrs. Creator of the famous ‘Renaissance’ baguette, he was, in 2007, appointed baker to the Elysée Palace. A mix of tradition and modernity, and a must-see gourmet stopover.
