For decades, Maison Mulot has been a landmark establishment in the Saint Germain des Prés district. It has been renowned for its mastery of French cuisine: both in the art of pastry, bakery and catering.
Since being taken over by the chef Fabien Rouillard in 2016, Maison Mulot has taken on a fresh new look with new products. Of course, the classics of previous owner Monsieur Gerard Mulot are still available: the macarons, flaky and buttery croissants and his signature pastry the Amarilys. All year round, new products are created according to the seasons and festive holidays, such as Valentine’s Day, Easter and Christmas.
All manufacturing is 100% homemade made with responsibly sourced ingredients by the skilled artisans of Maison Mulot.
