Created in 1896 in Menton by the Mediterranean, the Saint Michel plant oil factory is a family business with four generations of expertise enabling it to offer an oliver oil of excellent quality today.

It is with a love for our profession that we cultivate the authenticity and tradition of our expertise as shown by our recent introduction to the Collège Culinaire de France.
Our scented oils come from fresh plants rigorously selected and macerated in extra mild virgin olive oil, without additives or preservatives. Our extraction technique allows us to extract the subtle flavours of the plants while preserving the richness of our olive oil. Our producers select the best varieties of plants for us daily in keeping with the seasons in order to best preserve their flavour and freshness and so release all their aromas.
"Today we are known on the international market, our oils are present on the tables of world-renowned restaurants in Paris, Belgium, Florida, Macao, Thailand and Greece; during the 1st quarter of 2018, sales point opened in Paris at 45 rue du Temple.
