Description

The story of this chocolatier started at La Baule, where his workshop/laboratory is located, and where he opened his first shop in France, in 2004. Since then, several more shops have been opened, including one in Paris, at the foot of the Butte Montmartre, where you can find classic cakes and pastries and other sweet treats (chocolate, macaroons, etc.) revisited by this creative master cake, pastry and chocolate maker.
