Passengers with reduced mobility requiring assistance during their journey should ensure that they arrive at the station in advance (45 minutes) and inform Eurostar staff. Staff are always on hand to give assistance to passengers when boarding the train or alighting.
To ensure that passengers can travel in the comfort of their own wheelchair, Eurostar has a special wheelchair user fare as well as a reduced fare rate for a travelling companion.
