From 2 May 2023: Monday-Saturday, 10am-7pm (last access at 6.50pm); Sunday and public holidays, 10am-6pm (last access at 5.50pm). Box office: Tuesday to Saturday from 12.30pm to 5.30pm ; Sunday from 12.30 pm to 3.45pm.
18, rue de Dunkerque Paris 10th arrondissement. RER: Gare du Nord (lines B-D-E) - Metro : Gare du Nord (lines 4-5). The tourist information point is situated near to platforms 7-9 – international arrivals. Closed on January 1, May 1 and December 25. Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm (last access at 4.50 pm). Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
99, rue de Rivoli Paris 1st - Metro: Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre. Open from Wednesday to Monday (closed on Tuesday) from 11am to 7pm. Information only. No ticket office
