Musée de la Monnaie de Paris

Founded in 846 AD, the Monnaie de Paris has had its artists' workshops installed in the centre of Paris at 11 quai de Conti since 1775. Following an ambitious transformation and renovation project, the Monnaie de Paris has created a new open and welcoming setting with a range of experiences:
Cultural: offers both temporary exhibitions on contemporary art in the historic halls and corridors and the Musée du 11 CONTI with unique experiences about the world of metal. Presenting collections rich in heritage and exceptional Parisian savoir faire, the Monnaie de Paris offers an entertaining multi-sensory experience of artistic crafts, the secrets of manufacturing and priceless treasures.
Commercial: art productions and excellent artisans are presented through a new shop affiliated with the Monnaie de Paris.
Gastronomic: Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy has been running his gastronomic restaurant in the lounges on the Seine since 2015, and the Café Frappé by Bloom offers a range of fresh dishes prepared in Paris with ingredients grown by farmers local to the region.
