Barbara Hepworth carving

Description

The Musée Rodin is paying homage, for the first time in France, to Barbara Hepworth, in collaboration with the Tate. Barbara Hepworth is little-known in France but was a major figure of British abstract sculpture, having created a new style. Playing with the contrast of solid and space, her works are pure and poetic and carry a peaceful image of a world shaken by the First World War. An exhibition not to be missed!

Musée Rodin Paris

Close to the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, the musée Rodin is one of the most enchanting place in Paris. It is composed of a unique 18th century mansion and a sculptures garden which covers nearly 3 hectares at the very heart of Paris. The perfect harmony of this garden laid out around Rodin’s monuments and the new visitor circuit within the hôtel Biron will make of your visit a highlight of your stay in Paris.
