Enjoy the fabulous and exciting history of this rare and unique collection, entirely devoted to cinema. This wonderful venue designed by the architect Franck Gehry offers a vision of the collectors who were 'crazy about cinema' and who contributed to this shrine to the memory of cinema. Thanks to them, some of the greatest treasures in the history of cinema are displayed here today: 17th century optical boxes, magic lanterns, camera obscura, and Lumière cinematography, but also legendary costumes worn by Hollywood greats (Vivien Leigh, Greta Garbo, Elisabeth Taylor, Louise Brooks, etc.), original posters, studio scenery, and cult objects like the female robot from the film 'Metropolis' by Fritz Lang or the head of Mrs Bates in 'Psycho' by Alfred Hitchcock, etc. Not to be missed!
