1 place de la Concorde - 75008 Paris

Louvre - 8e Arrondissement

Sally Mann - Easter Dress, 1986

The Jeu de Paume is organizing the first major retrospective on the works of Sally Mann. The general public discovered this American photographer in the late 1980s thanks to her series At Twelve, a series of portraits of pre-teens. The exhibition A Thousand Crossings takes a new look at 40 years of her work and aims to understand how her relationship with her place of origin, Viriginia in the South-East United States, impacts her work. A number of never-before-seen photographs are on display.
