Description

The Maison de la Culture du Japon à Paris is paying tribute to Japanese painter Tsuguhara Foujita, who arrived in France as a young man and became a major artist of the School of Paris, by putting on a large retorspective exposing the integrity of his work. From his Parisian canvases to his travel pieces, the exhibition uncovers some rarely-seen works from the 1930s-1940s to cover his 60 active years as an artist. A flowing exhibition to visit time and again!
