A real all-rounder in the artistic landscape of the early twentieth century, Léonard Tsuguharu Foujita created a unique and abundant body of work. The exhibition Foujita: Painting in the Roaring Twenties focuses on the artist’s first Parisian period, during which he was particularly productive alongside other great artists. One hundred or so works, including two monumental triptychs, will be on show at the Maillol museum, illustrating the virtuosity of this subtle artist.

Musée Maillol

The Musée Maillol is presenting the most important collection of the works of Aristide Maillol, an artist who reinvented modern sculpture in his time. Visitors can follow an itinerary that presents a very broad panorama of his works: his sculptures, as well as his paintings, drawings, terracotta works, and tapestries.
The Musée Maillol hosts two large exhibitions per year. The programme will highlight some of the different artistic currents from the 20th to the 21st century, and is open to all forms of expression.
