The Salon de la Pâtisserie de Paris is to be held over an area of 6,000 m2 in Hall 2.2 of the Paris Expo trade fair grounds at Porte de Versailles. The show is expected to draw more than 200 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors. The programme includes 10 masterclasses, 50 patisserie workshops and 2 official competitions. This is an opportunity to meet people in the patisserie and confectionery trade in five themed areas: Enfance (childhood), Sweet Art, French Touch, Ateliers Sucrés (pastry making workshops) and the Forum (to chat and network). There will be training sessions for young chefs, demonstrations by master patissiers, creative patisserie competitions, tasting sessions and even a tea dance.
