The Palais Galliera puts the spotlight on the world of the singer Dalida through an exceptional exhibition of her wardrobe. For the thirtieth anniversary of the death of the singer of Laissez-moi danser, Il venait d’avoir 18 ans and Mourir sur seine, the Palais Galliera immerses its visitors in the memory of an icon of French music through the materials and fabrics that she wore during her career.

From 10am-6pm From 10am to 9pm on Thursday. Last access to the exhibition 45 minutes before the museum closes. Closed on Monday and some public holidays. Exceptional openings: Thursday 25 May (Ascension), Sunday and Monday 4 and 5 June (Pentecost), Friday 14 July (National Day)

Palais Galliera - Musée de la Mode de la Ville de Paris

Built in the 19th century, the Palais Galliera now houses the Musée de la Mode de la Ville de Paris. The collections, including some 100,000 pieces of clothing and accessories, are among the richest in the world and reflect the fashion trends and habits of France from the 18th century until modern day. The Musée Galliera follows exclusive temporary exhibitions held two or three times a year. The site has a library and resource centre that is accessible by appointment only.
