Goût de/ Good France

March 2020

Paris et Île-de-France - 75 Paris

Description

Over 150 countries agree to help the public discover the ‘French gastronomic meal’, recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 2010. For four days, foodies are invited to celebrate French gastronomy through fun, popular events. Reviving and bringing up to date the Dîner d’Epicure (‘Gourmet’s Dinner’) first concocted by Auguste Escoffier in 1912, Goût de/Good France also organizes thousands of French dinners across the world, all taking place on 21 March 2019. In Paris, dozens of restaurants take part and offer traditional dishes made with local ingredients. This year, Mediterranean and sustainable cuisine are taking centre stage.

From 6 March 2019, head to the Goût de/Good France website to discover this year’s programme, as well as participating restaurants and to book your table.
