Sébillon

Description

Located in Neuilly, and not far from the Palais des Congrès at Porte Maillot, Sébillon was founded in 1914 by Charles Sébillon. In 1936 his nephew Albert Capelle took it over until his death in 1959.
His wife continued the family tradition, which has since been carried on by Gérard Joulie since 1984.
The Sébillon is both relaxed and sophisticated, and continues to be a hospitable and welcoming place, a tradition that has been passed on for nearly a century.
The milk-fed Allaiton de l’Aveyron leg of lamb has become their most famous dish. Enjoy as much as you want of this incredibly tender lamb, carved right in front of you. Served with perfectly cooked creamy haricot beans, this is the restaurant’s signature dish. You can also try meals from different regions of France and the coast.
The restaurant’s reputation for excellence is also upheld through their delicious desserts.
