Description

For "Feuille de Chou", the Mob House's French brasserie, as in all the Mobs , the cuisine is organic and certified. Here, ecology is reflected in the food, with local supplies from organic farmers and market gardeners. The menu is obviously seasonal. With two seasons, now in the majority due to climate change, which are spring/summer and autumn/winter. Finally, the restaurant's identity is based on French and Parisian tradition, in line with local products. A brasserie drawing on traditional know-how, to produce cuisine that is firmly rooted, light, delicious and beneficial, where the associations are designed to make you feel good... Literally and figuratively.
