DOUZE is situated in the 12th arrondissement of the capital: un nouveau a place dedicated to eating well, combining fresh products and catering, at the heart of the eco-district of Reuilly Diderot. At a time when food shops are rethinking their activity, the opening of DOUZE marks the comeback of the local grocery shop. With this new model, artisans are shareholders and offer a completely different vision of their profession, one that is virtuous, collaborative and accessible.
The place is the the first step towards a strong collective ambition: to promote the value of the local food trades and know-how, by enabling the greatest number of people to have access to fresh, traditional products at affordable prices.
