Among the artists present at the theatre, a duo of restaurateurs awaits you: Véronique Dossetto, an actress with an atypical career path, and Olivier Dufour, an aesthetic and humanist chef who has been promoted to Toque Française. By choosing fresh organic produce, they offer inventive cuisine that meets, accompanies and understands the arts. Their menu is created like a show, step by step, attentive to the energy and surprises of the day. Here everything is home-made, even the bread!
