The Chief, Jérôme Markovic cooks with love receipes as foie gras, tomatoes pie with basil sorbet, burger de la maison and lobsters.
The Café Louise focus on the quality of selected products (Tarama from Petrossian, Pata Negra Bellota, Poulet de Bresse...), the warm welcome and the personalised service and the passion of the Chief who cook for you.
You could as well privatise the Louise’s Cave which can welcome 120 persons for cocktail.
