The Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel & Conference Centre is committed to continually integrating environmentally-friendly practices into its activities. Partly due to its location in the heart of Terminal 2 at Charles de Gaulle Airport, the hotel is in partnership with the Airport of Paris (ADP) and in February 2010, became a member of the Club des Partenaires Environnement de Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Also a winner of the Clef Verte award since 2010, the hotel employs actions looking to preserve natural resources. Local, in-season cuisine: the Chef offers a local, in-season menu with recipes only using ingredients from less than 200km away from Paris. A positive initiative for the environment, but also the chance to discover the men and women who grow and cultivate the best products from our region. Through especially dedicated menus and personalised suggestions, the restaurant makes its offer in its own way, giving free rein to the team and their creativity.
