Description

Something completely new has come to the Marais. At the restaurant Les Pinces, the dishes all have one ingredient in common: lobster. The crustacean with its impressive pincers and succulent meat comes straight from Brittany, Canada or the USA, depending on market availability. It is roasted or served in a toasted roll. A bonus is the homemade chips on the side.
