Description

The chef Pierre Sang, made famous in 2011 by the TV programme Top Chef, opened his first Parisian restaurant on the lively rue Oberkampf. Trained by the world's biggest names in gastronomy, Pierre Sang offers food combining flavours, traditions, cultures and colours, on a 6-dish carte blanche menu which changes every day.
