Using the freshest locally-sourced ingredients possible, Chef Thierry Marx has invented a choice of delicious dishes inspired by Parisian food markets, imaginatively presented on tableware crafted by French artisans. In tune with busy times, the “Daily Marx” menu is available during weekdays at lunch between 12 and 2.30pm. Alternatively, book a table for breakfast. Overlooking our peaceful garden, Camélia is a light-filled space with beautiful stonework, chic furnishings and intricate detailing. During the summer months, guests are invited to enjoy our stunning landscaped garden.
