Description

The Fluctuat Nec Mergitur café is named after the motto of Paris, which means "It is tossed by the waves but does not sink" when translated from Latin. Located in the centre of Place de la République for the enjoyment of pedestrians, it is accessible to all, and you will discover homemade cuisine, 100% Parisian beers as well as organic wines. In a modern and sustainable décor, people come at any hour of the day to enjoy a coffee, lunch, dinner or a drink. It also serves brunch every Sunday! Many events are held throughout the year including concerts, broadcasts of sporting events, films ... Bonus: a terrace with 150 seats, with reflecting pool and unlimited Wi-Fi!
