Opened in 1981, the Gai Moulin is one of the first gay restaurants to open in Paris, in the Marais. This veritable institution welcomes customers in a lovely room with red banquettes and row of mirrors, or at the bar for a house cocktail. On the lower ground floor, a lovely room is available for private hire for groups and special events. On the menu, quality French cuisine. At the helm of the Gai Moulin is Christophe Moulin, a local icon and singer songwriter who performs occasionally at concert venues in Paris.
