Created in 1971 by Gaston Lenôtre, the Ecole Lenôtre is the first internationally renowned French culinary training and perfection school. They are open to new ideas as well as sticking to what they do best, and offer a perfect mixture of past, present and future. Their main lessons include culinary know-how, development of French culinary heritage, respect for produce and the a love of your work, commitment and passion.
