Luxury Hotelschool Paris

The Luxury Hotelschool is an international hotel school dedicated to luxury which prepares two English university degrees: Bachelor and Master. The school also offers two certificates in Paris in collaboration with Lausanne and eCornell. Since the Ritz in 1996, then the Crillon and the Lutetia, palaces and large chains have signed the school's diplomas each year. 1st year students learn gastronomic catering at the "Charles" application restaurant (located at 76 rue Villeneuve in Clichy), named in honor of Charles Bouvier, great-grandfather of the school president and former Inspector general in charge of the presidential train. The collection of over 1,000 menus served on board the train at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries decorate the walls of the restaurant.
