Eglise Notre-Dame de Lorette, Paris

Description

Located between the Opéra Ganier and Montmartre, the church started to be constructed in 1823 under the reign of Louis XVIII, and was finished in 1836 under Louis-Philippe. Listed as a historical monument in 1984, the Église-Notre-Dame-de-Lorette is the most colourful church in Paris. Not to miss: the carpet under the main altar was created by the Manufacture des Gobelins, as well as the Virgin Mary and the oak pulpit.
