Description

Since 1927, the Roland-Garros stadium has been a mecca for international clay court tennis. Situated on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne, the stadium stages one of the grand slam tennis tournaments: the French Open. Over two weeks, top international tennis stars play on the 24 famous clay courts, including the Philippe-Chatrier centre court and the Suzanne Lenglen court. Outside the period of this major sporting event, there is the tennis museum.
