Description

Created in 1714, under the reign of King Louis XIV, the Opéra-Comique is situated on the grand boulevards. Once a royal music academy, the Opéra-Comique continues to highlight operatic productions and particularly those of the Opéra Comique genre: spoken theatre pieces broken up by songs. Baroque and contemporary musical shows and theatre pieces are also programmed.
