Montmartre - La Chapelle - 18e Arrondissement

The Institute of Islamic Cultures (ICI) is a City of Paris contemporary art centre dedicated to Islamic culture and located in the Goutte d’Or, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
The ICI's mission is to showcase the diversity of Islamic cultures by organizing exhibitions, concerts, talks, screenings, and workshops, and by providing a special programme for young audiences. Through its artistic and cultural approach, the ICI breaks down prejudices and positions itself as a place for exchange and dialogue, while promoting and supporting the work of artists inspired by Islamic cultures in France and abroad.
The activities of the ICI take place in two buildings: the ICI Stephenson and the ICI Léon, which has a pleasant interior courtyard where the restaurant tables are set up in the summer months, between the vines and the fig tree.
