Description

Winner of the prestigious Grand Prix de Rome art scholarship in 1858, Jean-Jacques Henner (1829-1905) began painting in his native Alsace and finished his highly successful career in Paris. A large selection of prolific works are available to see in this beautiful private mansion built iin the 3rd Republic, a stone's throw from Parc Monceau. The public will be invited to discover the works of a major artist of his time.
