To alternate the real with the virtual, the Château d’Auvers shows a selection of works from the second half of the 19th century from the ‘Collection Départementale du Val d’Oise’: 18 paintings and 15 prints by artists such as Charles François Daubigny, Camille Pissarro, Ludovic Piette, Louis Hayet and Norbert Goeneutte who chose this unique area as a source of inspiration. The chateau is set within a 9-hectare estate made up of parkland and gardens listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments.
All year round, the Château d’Auvers has a programme of activities, art workshops and cultural events (temporary exhibitions, concerts, shows). See our website for more details.
