At the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, curiosity brings children and adults to thousands of joys of discovery. The Cité des Enfants offers two exhibitions (2-7yrs and 5-12yrs) to learn whilst playing: you can build a house, play with water fountains and much more in the recently renovated Cité. Even parents will find it hard to leave!

- Exhibitions present many clear and explicit visual elements, audiovisual elements with subtitles and French Sign Language interpreting and films in French Sign Language
- A videoguide in French Sign Language is available for visiting the submarine Argonaute
- The tills, certain information points and the show and conference rooms are equipped with magnetic induction loops
- Audioguides with adjustable volume for the Planetarium and certain temporary exhibitions
- Toilets and other isolated location equipped with visual alarms
- Museum staff speak French Sign Language
Mental disability:
- In exhibitions, the variety and complementary nature of tools and aids (touch models, decoration, films, interactive elements) and information channels (touch, image, sound) helps visitors to understand the content
- Exhibitions have an emphasis on hands-on interaction: easy experiences, models, objects, etc.
- Visitors with mental disabilities can be accompanied without prior booking; adapted visits for groups or individuals can also be booked
