- 1st floor and lower ground floor with toilets and projection room not accessible (2 staircases with 16 steps, 1 with 17 steps)
- Video screening of inaccessible parts of the house
- Toilets located on the lower-ground floor (inaccessible), toilets in the park not adapted for wheelchair users, nearest accessible toilets are in the Parc de l’Arboretum (in the building of the greenhouse for gardening classes, 700 m from the house)
- Authorization to drive up to the house in a car is given to visitors holding a European parking card, to be presented to welcome staff at the gate
- Disabled spaces in visitor parking area (junction of Rue Chateaubriand, Rue Anatole France & Rue Eugène Sinet) are more than 300 m from the entrance gate to the park
- Entrance has two height increases easily navigable for people with reduced mobility: one 3.5 cm and one 3 cm
