Description

This former ballroom of the Roaring Twenties is now a venue dedicated to "attaching the real onto the image" : what are the images, what do they say, how to observe them? A platform for exhibitions, creation and debate, the BAL schedules artists - photographers, videographers, filmmakers, etc and are mindful of the political and aesthetic issues in their work. This venue also raises awareness amongst young people.
