Montmartre's tourist information centre is located on place du Tertre, the most iconic square in the district. Its purpose is to guide and inform visitors (map of Montmartre, restaurant guide, events calendar, etc.) It also offers themed guided tours of the area, for individuals or groups. It is open all year, 7 days a week. Saturday-Thursday, 10am-4pm; Friday, 10am-5pm. On Saturday and Sunday the tourist office is closed between 1pm and 2pm. For more information see the website.
