Easter brunch from the Shangri-La
Easter time is here. And to mark the occasion, the Parisian palace Shangri-La is serving an ultra-gourmet brunch created by executive chef Christophe Moret and head pastry chef Maxence Barbot. On the menu: gambas, artisan smoked salmon, quinoa salad, rovethym cheese, pavlova, chocolate brioche ... and many other delicious surprises.

Easter meal at the Peninsula Paris
For Easter, The Peninsula palace has a special 2021 edition, a highly gourmet moment to savour … at home! Executive chef David Bizet has come up with a menu to enjoy with all the family. Beginning with flaky pastry brioche and mimolette gougère as an appetizer, followed by two starters, including foie gras mi-cuit. Then, a main course (Easter lamb). A dessert made from cocoa beans rounds of this exceptional menu. A trio of gateaux is also proposed at €39.

The only Parisian palace situated on the Rive gauche is opening a temporary gourmet shop for Easter weekend 2021. At this pop-up, the Lutetia and its head pastry chef Nicolas Guercio offer a range of Easter goodies: Easter eggs, praline filled chocolate bars, mendiants…
