Kids all look forward to Easter time! It spells the arrival of spring and lots of fun for little ones.

In Paris, the Easter weekend has lots of ‘eggciting’ activities and entertainment in store: (almost) unlimited chocolate tastings, Easter egg  hunts, all kinds of creative workshops, riddles to solve with friends, treasure hunts, exhibitions, cooking classes to be able to make great chocolate desserts … The magic of Easter is also present at numerous major attractions in Paris (Jardin du Palais-Royal, Jardins des Champs-Elysées, Musée du Chocolat …)  and in the Paris region (Disney Village, Playmobil FunPark, Thoiry …). Get your Easter baskets ready!

For Easter weekend, large and small are invited to look at and feed donkeys, baby goats, calves, geese, rabbits, and chicks, 110 m up! 3 egg hunts organized daily: from 10am to 12.30pm, from 1pm to 3.30pm and from 4pm to 6.30pm. The objective: find the golden egg to win first prize.

Parc Astérix is celebrating Easter. In partnership with the chocolatier Léonidas, the Village Gaulois is the stage for a giant egg hunt for children under 12.

The Atelier Renault is celebrating Easter and offers many events for children under 6, such as making baskets, a rabbit game to collect chocolate delicacies and the chocolate car hunt. Finally, for children aged 6-14, a treasure hunt is organized around the whole space.Participation is free upon registration, and workshop spaces are limited.

This year, the traditional Secours Populaire Easter Egg hunt takes place on the Parc André Citroën. 40,000 Easter eggs await kids and their parents. There are lots of activities and special events for them to choose from such as make-up workshops, gardening, an, electric road, a ‘chamboule-toutout’ (‘tin can alley game’), a tombola and many other surprises.

At the ferme de Saint-Cyr l’École children aged 3 and over can choose from a range of activities: sheep shearing and wool-spinning demonstrations, meeting the farm's little animals, a planting workshop, a nest making and egg decorating workshop, an Easter egg hunt. At the ferme de Sartrouville activities include pony rides and discovering the new arrivals at the farm (chicks, kids and lambs) as well as egg decorating and planting workshops.

A total of 12,000 chocolate eggs are hidden around the park, including some ‘surprise’ eggs containing annual passes valid for the entire season and other gifts. A special area offers hiding places suitable for young children. On this festive occasion, no one is forgotten! The primates also get a treat with syrup glazed eggs and fruit specially adapted for them.

At Easter time, from 2pm to 5pm, children can meet at the Provins Tourist Office to go on a hunt for Easter eggs, distributed around the place by people in medieval costume.

Children under 6 should come to Clairières, in the Paris Parc Zoologique for an enormous egg hunt. The aim? Find five coloured eggs in order to win a yummy prize. Children over 6 are invited to a workshop on the cacao tree, as well as seeing real bird, snake and lizard eggs to learn more about the reproduction of our animal friends.

From 8.45am to 11.15am, there will be Easter-themed games, an egg hunt, and creative workshops. For foodies, there will be a sweet and savoury American buffet to sate your appetites. There are numerous treat cones to win throughout the morning.

Children aged 2 to 12 can take part in a big egg hunt in the Renoir Gardens. 90-minute workshops take 5 to 12 year-olds on a guided tour of the museum and then let their imaginations run wild creating chickens, rabbits and other Easter symbols.

Easter at the Aquarium de Paris

The Aquarium de Paris is partnering with the Musée du Chocolat to organize an egg hunt. Your goal: collect the 500 or so chocolate eggs hidden around the tanks all while looking at the different fish, sharks and rays and even finding tickets to the Musée du Chocolat!

Children between 4 and 10 are invited, with the help of a booklet, to find toy chickens, cuddly soft toy rabbits, figurines and decorative eggs hidden in every nook and cranny of Bercy Village.
