What better way to celebrate Bastille Day than with music in a bucolic setting. Head to the Hippodrome d’Auteuil where Gaël Faye, Fakear, Hippocampe Fou, FLAVIA COELHO and many others will be performing on the 3 stages of the event Excuse my French! DJ sets, restaurant and jam sessions will keep you entertained. Then, round off your day by watching the fireworks display at the Eiffel Tower from the stands of the Hippodrome.

14 July on the roof of the Grande Arche

From 9am in the morning, festivities kick off at the roof of the Grande Arche – an ideal place from which to admire the Patrouille de France flypast during the 14 July parade. And for good reason, the planes pass just above the building. Entertainment includes a brass band, cocktails, music ... everything to enjoy Bastille Day to the full. And from 8pm, the roof turns into an open-air dancefloor with Bob Sinclar on the turntables. And to end the evening, all eyes turn to the Eiffel Tower to marvel at a breathtaking fireworks display. A unique viewpoint!

Free concert at the Musee du Quai-Branly – Jacques Chirac

Concerts at the Panthéon

Bastille Day celebrations here combine music with a tribute to the great men and women who have marked the History of France. On 14 July, the Panthéon throws open its doors fro free to visitors. And from 3.30pm, the musical formation of the Armée de l'Air gives a 1-hour concert. On the programme: French works from the late 19th century.

Musical fountains show at the Palace of Versailles

The garden of the Palace of Versailles becomes the setting for an enchanting display. Ornamental water ponds and water features create a majestic spectacle in which fountains play and jets of water intertwine. The Musical Fountains Show ends at 6pm on 14 July.
