The European heritage days are a chance for visitors to discover public buildings (the Palais de l’Élysée, the Senate, ministries, embassies, Prefectures, town halls, theatres, hospitals, schools, gyms…) as well as private ones (villas or châteaux, factories…) which are making an exceptional opening so you can go “behind the scenes” and discover their “secret” collections. Other monuments regularly open to the public will offer a variety of original displays for this occasion: guided visits, demonstrations of savoir faire, concerts, theatrical representations, themed tours, etc.
