In a superb working kitchen right in the centre of Paris, Olivier Berté, a graduate of hotel school and member of the group of chefs "Toques Blanches Internationales", will share his passion for cooking with you and reveal chefs' tips and culinary techniques.
You will spend 3 hours cooking, presenting and tasting a full menu (starter, main course and dessert). This working kitchen "Les Coulisses du Chef" proposes different menus every month according to seasonal produce, but can, on request, adapt the programme to cook a particular dish, for example. Number of participants is limited to 10.
Courses take place from Wednesday to Saturday from 10.30am to 1.30pm and Thursday from 10.30am to 1.30pm and from 6pm to 9pm.
Cost:
- 1 3 hr lesson: €100
- 5 lesson package: €440
- 20 lesson package and diploma: €1,500
Oilivier Berté also offers cooking courses for companies, or at home (private or group lessons).
Possibility of booking the working kitchen for private lessons.
