Open to all, Panamées® are free themed walks organized by the Comité départemental de la randonnée pédestre of Paris. They take place on the third Thursday of every month between 7pm and 10pm and cover a distance of 7 km. The walks always start and finish near to a metro station



These walks are well-supervised by the Comité’s trained guides (the Randopanameurs). In the course of the walks, Comité “narrators” recount the history of places and monuments on the route.
