At the Place du Palais Royal, opposite the Louvre Museum, the Louvre des Antiquaires with a surface area of 10,000m² encompasses 250 galleries, 30 art specialities and works from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, from ancient times to the 1960s, in a 19th-century historic building.
