Our modules enable participants to, not only discover, but also understand through historical anecdotes, the principles of a simple, natural and also sophisticated courtesy inspired by the French-style traditions, and International standard of services.

Our “best-seller” tour: Table design and manners…. (tutorial lunch)

We will start our day by discovering the latest trends and collections of the table design boutiques in Madeleine area. Then Anne will take you to her apartment, located in one of most elegant Parisian area.
She will show you how to make two different table settings (one seasonal and casual, and one more formal) while telling you some “art de la table” anecdotes. Then it will be the time to enjoy a delicate lunch that she will have especially prepared for you…During that lunch, further your wish, Anne will refresh your knowledge about table manners. Once the lunch is finished, Anne will take you to the atelier that makes some porcelain pieces for one of the top French luxury brand. You will be explained the different step of the process. Its founder

Anne Kiefer has been working in an international luxury services environment for more than fifteen years. During her different professional responsibilities in France and Asia, she has been working with business elites and diplomatic corps that she knows the codes. She speaks fluently English and Japanese.

Anne de Paris© is also a certified training company. She is coaching hotels and deluxe industries about the welcome and custom relations of Asian customers, especially Japanese and Chinese.
